Timothy N. Tangredi
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Tangredi executed strategic purchases of Analytic Power and American Fuel Cell Corporation, initiated 4 foreign joint ventures, created several foreign relationships for Dais,& has raised over $24M for Dais. Tangredi worked for AT&T, owned/sold two private firms prior to joining Dais. Mr. Tangredi holds a BS from Sienna College and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and holds 2 US Patents.

Brian Johnson
Chief Technology Officer
Brian Johnson is Chief Technology Officer and since 1999. Mr. Johnson was the lead engineer responsible for developing our successful ConsERV™ product line and has served as Principal Investigator on multiple development efforts involving NanoClear™ and NanoAir™. He holds patents in both the U.S. and China and brings 17 years of advanced product development experience and knowledge of every aspect of Dais Corporation . Mr. Johnson earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering (Thermal Science emphasis) from the University of Florida (BSME 1995, MSME 1997).

Peter DiChiara
Corporate Secretary
Mr. DiChiara is Corporate Secretary since December 1, 2013. Mr. DiChiara is also currently Of Counsel for Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, a law firm in New York City specializing in advising small cap companies. He is been in that position since August 2012. Mr. DiChiara earned an B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Pace University School of Law. Mr. DiChiara started his career with Ernst & Young and was the Manager for External Reporting for Philip Morris Companies, now known as Altria, before working as an associate for Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, Paul Hastings LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.

William “Bill” McCollum
Partner, Dentons (Independent)
36th Attorney General of Florida (2006 – 2010), Bachelor’s and Law degree from University of Florida. Six years active duty in the U.S. Navy. Five term US Congressman.- Florida. On Judiciary Committee chairing Subcommittee on Banking, and Intelligence. Partner with Baker and Hostetler, LLP, Currently a partner at SNR Denton 2010.

Robert W. Schwartz
Founder and Managing Director of Schwartz-Heslin Group (SHG) (Independent)
Former roles include President ad CEO of Windsource, Inc., President & CEO of Coradian Corporation (AMEX listed), CFO of Troy Built Products, management consultant with KPMG and IBM. Mr. Schwartz holds a BS from Cornell University and serves on the Board of Golub Corporation. Bob joined the Dais Board in December of 2000.

Thomas E. Turner
Chairman – Cabo Vida Group (Independent)
Mr. Turner is Chairman of Cabo Vida Group, a company that is developing a custom community in Costa Rica. He serves as a consultant to Golden Gate Capital, a director of Qylur Security Systems and Host.net BroadbandOne. During his career he has been President and/or CEO of Wang Canada Limited, Datamax Corporation, and Itronix. He held senior management positions at The City of New York, Graphic Systems, Wang Laboratories, Symbol Technologies, WhereNet, and General Dynamics. Mr. Turner’s expertise in advising and operating small technology businesses.

Eliza Xuan Wang
Eliza Xuan Wang, licensed to practice law in the State of California and the State of New York. Bachelor of Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law (Beijing, China) and L.L.M. degree from Hastings College of The Law, University of California. Associated with The People’s Procuratorate of Beijing prosecuting white-collar crimes and San Francisco litigation firm in the areas of real property litigation and insurance defense. Currently Eliza is the Managing Attorney of The Meridian Law, A Professional Law Corporation since 2009. Practice includes general civil and commercial litigation, immigration, and venture capital transactions.
